DropBox File Sharing
In the document download library, you will see all documents uploaded directly from your CRM software. If you have linked your dropbox account to the CRM software, your documents in dropbox will now be synced with your CRM. So both your CRM document library and your dropbox account will be identical accounts with identical documents. What this means is any documents in your crm will by synced and uploaded to your dropbox account, and any documents in your dropbox account will be synced and downloaded into your CRM.
